Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of www.amihan.net (the "Site"), operated by Amihan Global Strategies ("Amihan", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Services we deliver to clients are governed by separate written agreements, not by these terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site and use its forms for their intended purpose: learning about Amihan, subscribing to The FDE Briefing, and contacting us about engagements, partnerships or the FDE Academy. You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or unlawful content through any form;
- use automated means to scrape the Site or to submit forms in volume;
- attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure;
- use the Site in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
2. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, diagrams, code, the Amihan name and logo — are owned by or licensed to Amihan and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Site freely. You may not reproduce, modify or republish substantial parts of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Anthropic, Claude, Avtica.ai, Neo4j, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks and other product names referenced on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance describes the technologies our engineers are certified on and does not imply endorsement by those companies unless expressly stated.
3. Content and forward-looking statements
The Site describes our services, partnerships, certifications and case studies as of the effective date. Metrics attributed to client work are reported by those clients or measured by us at the time of publication. The FDE Manifesto and similar material contain targets and forward-looking statements that reflect our plans and are not guarantees of future results. Certain illustrations on the Site (such as example engagement dashboards) are labelled as illustrative and do not depict specific client data.
4. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites, including partner and client sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep it accurate and online, we make no warranties — express or implied — about its completeness, accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, legal or investment advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amihan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Privacy
Personal data submitted through the Site is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
